Lesley Seary CBE
Lesley has spent more than three decades in local government as a senior leader. She was Chief Executive of Islington Council for eight years from 2011-2019 and is currently acting head at Redbridge Council.
Lesley is also a non-executive director at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust, our partner Trust.
