Board meetings details
Meetings of the Trust board are held regularly in public and provide the opportunity for staff and patients to attend and ask questions.
Please note that this is a Trust Board meeting held in public. In accordance with the Trust’s Standing Orders, no filming or recording of the meeting will be permitted.
There will be an opportunity for questions and comments from members of the public at the end of the meeting and appropriate time has been incorporated into agenda timings. Written questions may be submitted in advance and are recommended for detailed queries. The Trust Board will seek to provide a response at the meeting to those questions received by 1pm on the Wednesday immediately preceding the meeting (but cannot ensure this for detailed written questions received later than this - for which an acknowledgement will propose handling for a Trust reply). Those submitting questions are asked to attend to read their questions and to hear the replies provided. The Trust Board will endeavour to receive and reply to other questions from the public not submitted in advance (subject to available time).
