Written and exception referrals

Please use the NHS e-Referrals Service (eRS) to refer patients to our outpatient services.  In line with the national Paper Switch Off programme, from 3rd September 2018 we will be unable to accept referrals not made via eRS.

There are some exceptions to this:-
