Staff benefits

We work in partnership with London theatres and venues to secure heavily discounted – sometimes free – tickets for theatre, concerts and events.
Throughout the year we also run discounted mini-breaks and there are holiday and daytrip discounts available staff, their friends and families.
Concerts for Carers offer free tickets to events for all NHS staff. Pick your event, enter the ballot and you might get lucky!
Buying an annual season ticket works out much cheaper then monthly or weekly tickets. We will lend you the money for an annual ticket and deduct it from your salary each month.
Simplyhealth work in partnership with us to offer a health cash plan at reduced rates. This helps you to budget for optical, dental, complementary therapy and even prescription charges for you and your family from only £3.10 a week.
From tablets to washing machines, the salary sacrifice allows you to buy electrical items through your salary and pay them off over a set period of time. This saves you 25% of the cost of buying them outright. You can also lease a brand new car, fully maintained and insured, in the same way.
Health Service Benefits offers free membership and provides exclusive discounts for all NHS staff from local and national high street companies such as Ticketmaster, Halfords, Halifax and Vision Express. Register for free.
Blue Light Card provides those in the NHS, emergency services, social care sector and armed forces with discounts online and in-store.

The Guardian Service is a safe and independent route for you to raise issues or concerns that affect you, the safety of our patients or your ability to do your job well. It offers an opportunity to talk through the issue before it is raised formally, get support and work to see if a resolution can be found.
It can be anonymous, and any concerns can remain confidential unless you agree for it to be raised with the relevant people within the organisation.
