Justin Creigh joined Barts Health NHS Trust in May 2014 as deputy programme director for the establishment of the Barts Heart Centre. This complex merger brought together services operating in three hospitals across north, central and east London into a new state-of-art facility. Following this, he took up the role of director of strategic projects, leading further service moves at the hospital and a number of service developments.

In October 2017, Justin was appointed as deputy chief executive, taking on responsibility for operational delivery of services encompassing 2,000 staff. Prior to joining the Trust, Justin worked as a management consultant in various sectors and specialising in healthcare from 2007, where he worked on a number of change programmes for the Strategic Health Authority for London, primary care trsuts, London Deanery and the CQC.
