Dr Divyen Shah

Consultant at The Royal London Hospital

Divyen did his undergraduate training at St Andrews and Manchester Universities. He carried out his core training in neonatology at UCLH and Imperial College Trust Hospitals. He carried out his PhD under the supervision of Terrie Inder in Melbourne and Washington University in St Louis on the use of amplitude-integrated EEG to detect brain injury in newborns. He leads the neonatal neurology service at the Royal London Hospital with ongoing research in seizures and brain injury in newborns. He is an Honorary Professor in the Centre of Neuroscience, Surgery and Trauma at QMUL.
