Executive directors

Daniel started his career in the housing and charity sectors where he held a number of senior operational roles before joining the NHS in 2008. In 2013, Daniel became the director of workforce and organisational development at Homerton University Hospital Foundation and in 2019 moved to Guy’s and St Thomas' Foundation Trust to become director of workforce and organisational development.

Daniel is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) as well as a qualified executive coach.
