It's World Mental Health Day. How Are You Today?

Is something getting you down?

Are you experiencing signs of distress?

Are you aware of recent changes in your (or a colleague's) thinking, feelings or behaviour?

Have you recently been aware of any of the following?

  • Mood changes
  • Nervousness
  • Stress/Anxiety
  • Problems thinking
  • Sleep or appetite changes
  • Tearfulness
  • Feeling disconnected
  • Withdrawal
  • Depression
  • A feeling of hopelessness

If so, then why not contact the Trust's Mental Health First Aid Network?

Mental health first aiders are here to help and here to listen non-judgementally. We are a trained staff led voluntary service. We're not therapists or psychiatrists - but we can provide initial support and help signpost to the appropriate services to help deal with your concerns.

Please contact us.
