Happy International Day of the Midwife!

This International Day of the Midwife, we’re celebrating the day with a focus on 100 years of progress.

Despite a difficult two years of the pandemic, our midwives have continued to provide a high standard of care for women, birthing people, and their babies and we couldn’t be prouder of them.

Listen to our midwives Ariya and Lucy from Whipps Cross, Jenise from Newham Hospital and Juan from the Royal London speak on what being a midwife means to them.

Midwives Rachel from the Royal London, Susan from Whipps Cross and Flora from Newham Hospital also share their insight into their journey of progress and accomplishments in the profession.
