Whipps Cross demolition works completed

The demolition works to prepare the ground for the brand new hospital, which began in March 2021, are now complete.

The iconic chimney and the former nurses’ accommodation buildings have all been demolished. The area is now being used as temporary car parks.

    Would just like to know where everything will be wards outpatients etc

    A great number of cars in and around the working area. Are they the cars of the site workers? If so, what extra parking spaces are being made available for patients and visitors to patients?
    Parking space at whipps is tight enough without having it taken up by those who don't need them as a patient or a visitor to a patient.
